ANthony Myint wins prestigious basque culinary world prize for Perennial farming/zero foodprint efforts to restore climate through food. as the jury noted, our work is not only about awareness but also action, and as such, they committed to bringing their restaurants to carbon neutrality with our zero foodprint methodology. this feels like a real step forward, and we are honored to engage in this important work with so many culinary heroes and their restaurants, including: atelier crenn (US), azurmendi (Spain), el celler de can roca (spain), hahnemanns køkken (denmark), manu (brazil), Mugaritz (spain), narisawa (Japan), orana (Australia), osteria francescana (italy), pujol (mexico), singlethread (US).
